Congress with The President's help have saved America,and have solved the Student Loan Debt Crisis!

They just found the money maybe? just maybe? in the $50 Billion in Student Loan profits made in 2012.

I will tell you again until the profits are taken out of education and student loan there will be no solution!

The lobbyist and special interest with the help of the supreme court !Remember you know Corporations are Americans too! and we don't need to know who and how much they have donated either!


The President and Congress..............
want our eyes to be focused on the interest rates!

They want us to know  they are helping to stop the growth of average student loan debt it's only grown to $27,500!!!

The problem is much deeper than just the interest rates!!
thought the rate is important!

The equally important problem is how the interest is calculated! 

07/07/13  2-loans total $132.15 monthly payment this month............only.. $10.98 when to Principle!!
while.... $121.17 when to Interest!!!!

Here's a better one 12/07/12 payment total payment $131.52 
Principle $1.51....... while the Interest was only $130.01!!!

I live in Louisiana during Hurricane season there is a law enforced on price gouging is this any different?

Now just to be fair to Chase

 02/04/13  $132.29 total payment  ..... The Principle jump  $49.37 ! The Interest was only $82.92!!!

This is the bigger issue that should be being discuss.

Remember The Congress had to protect the American tax payers in 2005

Student loans would no longer be able to declare Bankruptcy except in a very extreme circumstance 

Congress saved America!.... from our very own children that were going to declare bankruptcy and destroy............the banking system!

I know most of our graduates are going to pay these outrageous loans. I know because my daughter
is paying her loans. After her loans are paid, rent, groceries (they have to eat!).She has nothing left to start to save for a house, retirement,.......her future...........Why?

The reason for college......   They have been told by each of us from the time they were toddlers.......

This is their chance to achieve.......... the American Dream.............

Our President and Congress are suppose to protect all of the  citizens from under-handed business practices!

Over-sight committee on Banks?.............

......... Too many lobbyist...too much money for their  re-election campaign!

Now the graduates from the last several years that the banks have been taken advantage!

I have proposed that there be a 1 year reinstatement  Bankruptcy of student loan both federal and private.
The trials should be shown on c-span for the American public can see for themselves and decide
Then let the American Voters have the right to vote for permanent reinstatement
